§ MR. HUNTI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty, with regard to the provisions in the Navy Estimates for twelve torpedo boats and twelve submarines, whether this programme is to be adhered to, or if any modification of the programme has been made will he state the nature of it.
§ MR. EDMUND ROBERTSONAny modification of the shipbuilding programme will, according to custom, be communicated to the House when Vote 8 is reached, but the hon. Member must not infer that there will be any modification.
