HC Deb 09 July 1907 vol 177 c1425
Mr. BONAR LAW (Camberwell, Dulwich)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he can now state if it is the intention of the Admiralty to publish in full both the majority and the minority Reports of the Committee on the engineering branch of the Royal Navy and the officers of the Royal Marines, and also the observations of the President of the Committee and the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty on the minority Report, as well as the evidence taken before the Committee.

THE SECRETARY TO THE ADMIRALTY (MR. EDMUND ROBERTSON, Dundee)

This Report is still under consideration. As the Committee was appointed for the confidential guidance of the Board in contingencies which have not yet arisen, it is not proposed to publish the Report.
