WHITETo ask the Secretary for Scotland what was taken as the annual value for rating of the Bass Rock in 1900, when it was feued by the Northern Lights Commissioners from Sir Walter Dalrymple at an annual feu duty of £40; and what are at present taken as the annual values for rating of that portion and of the rest of the Bass Rock.
(Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) In 1900 the Bass Rock was included in a tenancy with house and land at Canty Bay, the whole being rated at £31. For the current year these holdings are entered at the same figure.
