§ MR. BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty what department of the Admiralty compiled the Report of the naval manœuvres; whether he is aware that the Report suppresses all mention of the engine-room breakdowns and failures on the part of vessels to keep up with their fleet and squadrons so vitally affecting their movements, while on the other hand it chronicles many petty details of movements; and whether he will inquire if the Department in question is adequately staffed.
