§ (Answered by MR. McKenna.) I regret it is impossible within the limits 1007 of an Answer to discuss the complex matters dealt with in my hon. friend's Question, and I can only refer him to the volume of Aid Grant Statistics [Cd. 2412 of 1905], published by the Board of Education, and more especially to the prefatory memorandum and the summary on page 203. This volume contains all the information in the possession of the Board on the subject.
