MORTON (Sutherland)I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether negotiations are in progress between this country and the United States with regard to the adoption of the penny post between the two countries; and, if not, will he commence such negotiations so that this country may enjoy the same advantages that our Colony of New Zealand does.
