§ (Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) I am aware of the dissatisfaction prevailing in reference to this matter and the suggestions that have been advanced for legislation. I have placed myself in communication with the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries, and learn that it is hoped the Salmon Fisheries Act for England of this session may materially facilitate a settlment of this question.
