§ MR. VINCENT KENNEDY (Cavan, W.)To ask the Postmaster-General if he will consider the question of improving the postal facilities in the sub-district of Carrick-on-Shannon, parish of Glass, and. particularly in the direction of the district stretching towards Blacklion, in county Cavan.
