§ MR. CLELAND (Glasgow, Bridgeton)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether his attention has been directed to the fact that, owing to the recent Volunteer camps at West Tarring, Worthing, having been planned from an obsolete Ordnance Survey map, ground allocated for military purposes was discovered to be covered with houses and gardens, and great inconvenience was occasioned; and whether in future he will give instructions either that an up-to-date map be used or the ground be surveyed prior to being allocated for camp purposes.
