§ MR. LAMBERTAs the vessel requires heavy repairs to boilers in addition to the replacing of the screw shaft, it was decided to take all the defects in hand at one time. Up to the present it has not been convenient to do this, as it would have entailed postponement in the dates of completion of the repairs of more important vessels. Preparatory work is in progress, and the ship will be taken in Land at an early date.
