HC Deb 06 August 1907 vol 179 cc1814-5
MR. JOHN MURPHY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners have yet come to any decision in reference to † See (4) Debates, clxxix., 1198. the application of Denis Healy to be re instated in his farm at Knockanes, county Kerry.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have been unable to effect the reinstatement of Denis Healy in the farm which was formerly held by him, and which is now occupied by his brother-in-law. The Commissioners, however, will consider Denis Healy's application in connection with the distribution of any untenanted land which they may acquire.
