FELL (Great Yarmouth)I beg to ask the Prime Minister if, seeing that the Evicted Tenants (Ireland) Bill will 1562 entail the raising of ultimately about £2,000,000 for the purposes of the Bill, he will state how it is proposed that that sum shall be raised; and whether, having regard to the difficulty in obtaining money now, he will abandon the Bill for the present session.
