HC Deb 26 April 1907 vol 173 c376
MR. SAMUEL YOUNG (Cavan, E.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether the new post office and dwelling-house at Kingscourt, county Cavan, have been built at public expense: and whether the appointment of a sub-postmaster shall be confined to applicants from Ireland.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton) 1 am informed that the sub-postmaster of Kingscourt is building an extension to his present premises at his own expense. As far as I am aware, there is no prospect of the office becoming vacant in the near future.
