BOWLESI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has any official information from the British Minister at Teheran showing that a close working arrangement has recently been established through the activity of the German Minister at Teheran between the German Orient Bank of Berlin and the National Bank of Persia in Teheran.
§ SIR EDWARD GREYReports as to German assistance in the establishment of a National Bank have reached His Majesty's Minister at Teheran, but they have so far not been confirmed.
