§ MR. LUPTON (Lincolnshire, Sleaford)To ask the President of the Local Government Board if he will state the number of Poor Law children boarded out within and beyond the union at the date of the last Return.
(Answered by Mr. John Burns.) The most recent Return relates to 1st January last. On that date 6,806 children were boarded out within the union and 1,853 beyond the union.
