HC Deb 10 April 1907 vol 172 cc231-2
MR. A. J. BALFOUR (City of London)

May I ask the Minister in charge what business it is intended to take tomorrow?

MR. MORLEY

said it was proposed to take further discussion of the Rules of Procedure.

MR. BALFOUR

I do not suppose there is any possibility of finishing the debate on the Army Bill to-night. That is clearly out of the question, but may I ask if it is intended to divide the discussion on the Second Reading of the Bill, and in the interim to take Procedure Rules de die in diem until they are concluded?

MR. MORLEY

I understand the discussion on the Procedure Rules will be completed to-morrow. Perhaps the right hon. Gentleman will defer the remainder of his Question until the Prime Minister returns.

VISCOUNT TURNOUR

desired to know when it was intended to proceed with the proposal in reference to the House of Lords.
