WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he has yet consulted with the Law Officers of the Crown as to the steps to be taken to check illegal trawling by foreign trawlers, in view of the unanimous decision of the Judges of the High Court of Justiciary at 1119 Edinburgh, in respect of the Moray Firth foreign trawler's case.
