§ MR. BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)To ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether the proposed committees of advice on the Fertilisers and Feeding Stuffs Bill have been formed; and when the regulations to be made by the Board are likely to be issued.
(Answered by Sir Edward Strachey.) The proposed committees were appointed by my noble friend on the 4th of August last. Several meetings have been held, and it is hoped that the Regulations will be laid upon the Table of the House not later than the 10th of November.
