I beg to ask the Prime Minister if he can inform the House as to the present state of the preparations for the coming Conference with the representatives of the Colonies and India, and as to the method of procedure and agenda for the Conference.

The preparations for the Colonial Conference have made considerable progress. The agenda will be settled by the Secretary of State for the Colonies in correspondence with the Colonial Governments. The procedure will follow the general line of the previous Colonial Conferences.
