§ MR. FLAVINI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state when the agreements entered into by the tenants on the Blacker Douglas property in North Kerry were lodged in the office of the Estates Commissioners; and whether he can state when the sale will be sanctioned and the estate vested in the tenants.
MR. BRYCEThe Estates Commissioners inform me that the agreements for purchase in respect of the Blacker Douglas estate in North Kerry were lodged with them in January of the present year. The Commissioners cannot say when the sale will be sanctioned and the estate vested in the tenants, but they will have the estate inspected as soon as possible.
