§ THE SECRETARY TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. RUNCIMAN, Dewsbury, for Mr. Harcourt)The cost of this building is provided for by the Public Building Expenses Acts of 1898 and 1903, and no further grant will be required except for furniture and office fittings, for which no provision has been made. Amounts for these services will be taken in the ordinary annual Estimates.
