HC Deb 12 November 1906 vol 164 c1065
MR. LYNCH (Yorkshire, W.R., Ripon)

I beg to ask the Prime Minister whether the Procedure Committee has been authorised to examine and report upon the advisability of changing the date at which Parliament is usually called together from early spring to autumn; and, if not, whether they would be authorised to do so.

SIR H. CAMPBELL-BANNERMAN

This is not a matter which has been submitted to the Procedure Committee, and I do not think it could be dealt with in what remains of the present session.
