MORTONI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he will make arrangements to allow Members of this House who represent seaboard constituencies in the North of Scotland an opportunity of accompanying the fishery cruisers whilst engaged in protecting the line fishing industry from the depredations of trawlers.
