WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland, in view of the fact that the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill will meet the pressing grievances of 20,389 occupiers of agricultural holdings in the Highland crofting counties whose rentals do not exceed £30, and of 1,100 occupiers of agricultural holdings in those counties whose rentals are above £30 and do not exceed £50, will he state when he proposes to proceed with the Bill.
