§ THE SECRETARY FOR SCOTLAND (Mr. SINCLAIR, Forfarshire)It is not possible to grant the Return as proposed by the hon. Member. Figures which will be published are being obtained which will include the information desired by him under heading (a) and the first part of heading (b), but without the supplementary information as to buildings, fences and drainage described in the latter clauses of (b).
