BELLAIRS (Lynn Regis)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty when a full statement will be made of the changes contemplated in the distribution of ships; whether he can now state the nature of the sliding scale which it is proposed to apply to the nucleus crews; and whether the minimum will in any case fall below the present two-fifths complement.
