CATHCART WASONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if his attention has been directed to the report of a recent motor accident and the running over of a child of three years old, and to the remarks of the coroner that children should not be allowed to wander along highways at dangerous places, and that chauffeurs could not be expected to look after machines and children; and if he will take steps to remove the coroner from all city magisterial functions.
