§ MR. BARRIEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is now prepared to encourage corporations and urban councils in Ireland to provide houses for labourers by granting loans on the same terms as regards repayment and rate of interest as it is now proposed to give to rural councils.
