GULLAND (Dumfries Burghs)To ask the Secretary for Scotland, if he 382 will lay upon the Table before Whitsuntide the promised Minute with reference to the training of teachers in Scotland, so that members may have the opportunity of consulting their constituents about it during the recess, in anticipation of the discussion of the Scottish Estimates on 14th June.
