§ MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)To ask the Secretary for Scotland, if he will state whether the persons to whom the Congested Districts Board have granted loans for the purposes of building houses are crofters under the Act.
(Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) The persons are crofters in some, in others they are feuars, or persons in process of becoming proprietors.
