HC Deb 23 May 1906 vol 157 c1258
MR. POWER (Waterford, E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether in the case of the sale of the estate of the Marquess of Waterford in the barony of Gautier, county Waterford, which is mainly agricultural, the Estates Commissioners will decline to deem the agricultural portion of the estate to be an estate, in view of the attempted exclusion of the remaining tenants living in the villages of Dunmore East and Passage East from the sale, though they have urged their willingness to buy.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) the Estate's Commissioners inform me that they will in due course consider the question of the exclusion of the villages mentioned from the sale of this estate.
