Resolution reported from the Select Committee.

"That, in the case of the Penllwyn Railway and Road Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with. That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that Clause 49 be struck out of the Bill, unless the consent of the London and North Western Railway Company, as required by Standing Order 64, is proved before the Committee on the Bill. That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
