DUNN (Cornwall, Camborne)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will favourably consider a proposal to assimilate the procedure at naval courts-martial with that at present adopted at military courts-martial, with the object of affording naval prisoners charged with offences the facilities for defence possessed by military prisoners in a like position.
