§ MR. THOMAS O'DONNELLI beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether he will state the amount respectively of tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar, spirits, beer, wine, tobacco and snuff consumed in Ireland during the year ending 31st March, 1906, giving also the amount of duty payable on each.
