§ MR. HOGAN (Tipperary, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners intend restoring William Kennedy, an evicted tenant, to the holding of land formerly occupied by his parents at Plover Hill, Lorrha, county Tipperary, on the Trench estate, the farm, at present, being in the possession of the agent, Mr. W. J. Trench, who is a brother of the landlord, and who owns some one thousand acres of land in the same locality as the evicted farm.
