MACVEAGH (Down, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can now state whether it has been decided to discontinue the periodical Returns of alleged agrarian outrages in Ireland, in view of the fact that no such Returns are issued in regard to England, Scotland, or Wales.
