To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if and when does he intend to give effect to Sir Alexander Binnie's Report on the Bann and Lough Neagh Drainage Scheme.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Government have addressed a number of authorities and persons locally interested in the question of the Bann drainage, and invited their views on Sir Alexander Binnies' Report. Upon the receipt of the replies the Report will be further considered by the Government.
