HC Deb 14 May 1906 vol 157 c151
MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork County, N.E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state whether any negotiations for sale to the occupying; tenants of the Hennessy Minors estate, Ballymacmoy, county Cork, are in progress; and, if so, whether he will invite the Estates Commissioners to take into consideration the desirability and necessity of including the village of Killavullen in the sale of the estate, having regard to the fact that it is situated in the centre of the property and that the holdings are occupied by yearly tenants paying ground rents only.

(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that they are unable to trace any proceedings as having been instituted before them in respect of the sale of the estate in question.
