§ MR. WILLIAM REDMONDTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if ho will have the Monthly Return of Emigration from Ireland issued and circulated as a Parliamentary Paper.
(Answered by Mr. Bryce.) The Annual Returns of Emigration from Ireland are already presented to Parliament, and the Monthly Returns are on sale through His Majesty's Stationery Office at the price of one penny. There would be no objection to present quarterly, or even monthly, Returns to Parliament, and if it should be found that there is any general desire to that effect, I will give the necessary directions in the matter.
