§ MR. CLAUDE HAY (Shoreditch, Hoxton)To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the International Tea Company, the head of which is a member of the Government, is a party to the agreement entered into in connection with the Budget by the leading tea dealers not to reduce the price of tea.
