HC Deb 07 May 1906 vol 156 c963
SIR GILBERT PARKER

I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies will the Government consider the advisability of keeping the £3,000,000 set apart for land settlement after the war, or such portion of it as may be available through yearly instalments, for reinvestment in perpetuity in land for British settlement; and will he consider favourably the establishment of a permanent Commission or Board to administer under such an arrangement.

* MR. CHURCHILL

The matter will not escape the consideration of the Secretary of State.
