I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that difficulties have arisen with regard to the establishment of a telegraph station at Bunder Abbas; and what steps it is proposed to take to settle the matter and secure the linking-up of Bunder Abbas by cable.
