Mr. WEIE (ROSS and Cromarty)To ask the Secretary of State for War if he will state the nature of the arrangements in regard to the manufacture of the new rifle embodied in the agreement for the sale of the Sparkbrook factory, and the price to be paid for each finished rifle.
