§ MR. REESI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether the Indian Trade Journal, lately established by the Commercial Department of the Government of India, is intended to be of a permanent character.
§ MR. JOHN MORLEYI understand that the journal is intended to be a permanent feature of the system of commercial intelligence which the Government of India have lately organised, though as to form and contents it may be regarded as being in the experimental stage.
