§ SIR H. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe business will commence on Monday with the Second Reading of the Education Bill. We propose to devote to the debate Monday and Tuesday, and the Government's share of Wednesday, and then to postpone the business of Supply on Thursday, and to conclude the debate on the Second Reading on Thursday night. Of course, another day will be given for purposes of Supply.
