§ MR. CHURCHILLAs I informed the hon. Member in reply to his Question of the 27th instant, f no such representations have as yet been received, except the telegram from the Governor, the purport of which was fully stated in my Answer.
§ MR. HICKS BEACHasked if the representations, should they be received, would be laid on the Table?
§ MR. CHURCHILLsaid that the Government must first have an opportunity of examining them.
