SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)

To ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether the minimum rate of wage at the Royal Army Clothing Department, which, after very careful consideration by the War Office, was to be increased by 2s., i.e., from 21s. to 23s., the increase, however, probably not to take effect until the commencement of the financial year, will be raised at the commencement of next week.
