WILKIEI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the contracts for butchers' meat, supplied to the Barry and Buddon Camps, are open to the tradesmen of Dundee and Forfarshire; and, if so, will he see that an opportunity is given to the butchers of Dundee and district to compete for the same.
§ MR. HALDANENo eligible firms are excluded from tendering for War Department contracts. The tradesmen in question should apply to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Scottish Command, for the necessary forms.
