§ MR. YOUNG (Cavan, E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether on the Magheradown estate, county Cavan, the Estates Commissioners have sanctioned the advances, and have vested the holdings in the tenants; and, if so, were the conditions as arranged by Captain Starkey, the vendor, carried out of reinstating the evicted tenants; and, if they have not been so carried out, will he explain why this has not been done.
