§ MR. ROWLANDSI beg to ask Mr. Attorney-General if he will grant a Return, in continuation of the Returns that were issued annually from 1899 to 1902, giving the numbers of titles that in the years 1903, 1904, and 1905 were registered under the Land Transfer Act, 1897, as absolute, qualified, possessory, and good leasehold, respectively, with the amount of the fees paid in respect thereof.
